“Nora” is the nickname of our beloved neighborhood – North Aurora – in Seattle, Washington. It is here where Pilgrim dreams of opening a community gathering place where those who live here can find comfort, safety, and friendship.
This espresso blend – that boasts flavors of dark chocolate, red berries, and toffee – will be the coffee in our lattes as a daily reminder of our goal. This is a blend of seasonal washed coffees from Brazil and Columbia, as well as a natural processed Ethiopian coffee.
